If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or access to which was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside (if in the U.S.), or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where Storytellers.Network may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.
Storytellers.Network may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is any user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.
